Each product listing includes actual garment measurements in centimetres, not just size labels. If you are between sizes, check the bust and underbust measurements first, since that is where most fit issues originate. If you are still unsure after checking, send a message through the contact form and Mira will advise based on the specific piece you are considering.

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because of the nature of the products, items that have been worn against skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please check the garment measurements carefully before ordering. If something arrives with a manufacturing defect, that is a different matter entirely and we will sort it out promptly.

Standard domestic delivery takes two to four business days from the day your order is dispatched. We dispatch most orders within one business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by message when the parcel leaves us.

At the moment the boutique ships within Japan only. We are looking at international options for 2027 but nothing is confirmed yet. If you are based outside Japan and want to be notified when that changes, you are welcome to send a message through the contact form.

Every order ships in a plain outer box. There is no boutique branding or descriptive text on the outside. The only marking is the standard shipping label. The invoice inside uses the boutique name Изящная only, with no product descriptions visible from outside the package.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPay, and bank transfer. Payment is processed at checkout. Bank transfer orders are dispatched after payment clears, which typically takes one business day.
