Accuracy of information
Information here is offered in good faith and updated when things change. Final prices, dates and availability are confirmed individually — the site is an introduction, not a contract.
Buying from us
Orders are agreed individually: you write to us, we confirm availability, the total and the payment method before anything is binding. Nothing is charged automatically through this site.
Delivery and returns
We agree the delivery method and timing with each order individually. Faulty or misdescribed goods are our responsibility to fix; contact us and we will sort out a return.

We are responsible for this site's content to the extent the law requires, and no further. We are not liable for external sites we link to, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here.

These terms can be revised from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, and continued use of the site means acceptance of it.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered location of Изящная, and disputes fall to the competent courts there.

Sizing and fit
Every listing here gives actual garment measurements rather than a generic size label, because bodysuit and lingerie fit varies enormously between brands and cuts. If your measurements sit between two sizes, ask us before ordering — we would rather answer a sizing question than process a return.
Packaging and discretion
Orders are packed in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside — this is a courtesy we extend by default, not something you need to request.
Care and hygiene items
For hygiene reasons, worn intimate garments cannot be returned unless the piece arrived faulty or was clearly misdescribed. Following the care notes on each listing (most of our pieces are hand-wash only) also keeps a return-for-fault claim straightforward if something does go wrong.
Severability
Should a court find any one part of this document unenforceable, the remaining clauses stand on their own and keep applying as normal.
Colour and photography
We photograph every piece in natural light and try to represent colour accurately, but screens vary, and lace and satin especially can shift slightly in tone between listing photos and the item in hand. This is not treated as a fault on its own.
Entire agreement
Together with the privacy policy, this document is the complete set of terms covering your visit and any purchase — anything said outside of these two pages doesn't count unless it's confirmed with you in writing separately.
Why these terms are short
This document only covers what genuinely applies to running a small boutique — it isn't padded out with clauses lifted from a much bigger retailer's template. A missing clause you half-expected to find here usually just means it isn't relevant to how things are actually run day to day at this small scale.
How pieces are chosen
Everything listed here is selected and checked by hand before it goes up — fabric weight, seam finish and how a size actually sits are all judged in person, not just from a supplier spec sheet. That is part of why the range is smaller than a typical marketplace store, and it stays that way on purpose — quality over quantity, in a shape that one person can genuinely stand behind.
