How we handle your data
This page explains what information Изящная collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.
The data we hold
The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.
What we do with it
Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.
Cookies on this site
We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.
Who else sees your data
No third party receives your details from us — not for marketing, not for "partnerships", not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
Retention
Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.
Access and deletion
Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message through the contact form is enough.
Protection
Your correspondence lives in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox, readable only by the people who need to answer you.

Order details
If you place an order, the size, colour and item details you choose are handled the same way as any other message you send us — used only to prepare and send that order, and not added to a marketing list unless you separately ask to hear from us.
Discreet handling
Given the nature of what we sell, order details are treated with extra care internally — the same discretion that shows up in plain packaging applies to how the information behind an order is stored and discussed.
No account, no profile
There is no login system on this site. Nothing about your browsing or past orders is stitched together into a profile that follows you from one visit to the next.
International shoppers
We ship across Japan and occasionally take enquiries from further afield. Wherever your message comes from, it is handled under the same terms described on this page — there is no separate policy per country.
Basic hosting logs
Like most web hosts, ours keeps a plain server log of requests for reliability and abuse prevention — the kind of record almost any hosting service keeps by default. It is not used to build a picture of who is visiting and is not shared for marketing.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, this page is updated directly and the date at the bottom moves. There is no separate mailing list notifying you of changes — checking back here is the way to stay current.
A note on how this is written
This page is written in plain language on purpose, because most people who reach it just want a clear answer about what happens to their message or order details. If a section still isn't clear, telling us through the contact form is genuinely useful — we would much rather clarify a point directly than have you left guessing about it.
Photos and measurements you send us
If you send a photo or a set of body measurements to help with a sizing question, that information is used only to answer that specific question and is not kept as a reference file or added to any product page. Once the conversation is resolved, there is nothing further done with it.
